What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow Engineer position at Maven Companies?
Job Details
- 2 years working in the ITSM or IT services/consulting industry preferred
- 2 years coding Service Now features or similar platforms preferred
- Experience with ITIL Foundation level and other frameworks such as COBIT, IT4IT beneficial
- Experience with Web Services, API’s, Database-level integrations/ETL
- Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, etc.) and working a SaaS environment
- Experience in driving design and strategy around tools
- Knowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, and other technologies
- Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and proven experience in technical development roles
- ServiceNow Development
- Familiar with CMDB
- Strong in IMDB
- ITOM nice to have
