Experience Required: 15 years (MUST HAVE)
Location: HYBRID in Charlotte, North Carolina
Job Description:
Minimum 5 years of Experience on Dynatrace .
Hands-on experience with design and implementation of observability frameworks.
Proficiency with Dynatrace Managed and/or SaaS, including hands-on expertise in designing, instrumenting, and administering application performance monitoring.
Experience with enterprise observability technologies from open-source and/or leading vendors such as Grafana, Open Telemetry, Splunk, Datadog, OpenSearch, etc.
Proven ability to implement standard methodologies for monitoring, logging, and alerting across widely distributed infrastructure stacks.
Hands-on experience with at least one programming language (Python, JavaScript, or Java) is strongly preferred.
Experience with infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and decommission automation, ideally using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) patterns.
Familiarity with Public Cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure).
Experience with collaboration tools like GitHub, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
Experience with Dynatrace Query Language, automated build and test frameworks, and container orchestration technologies is a plus.
