6–8 years of experience in product management, preferably with gifting domain knowledge from similar ecommerce brands
Even aggregators of registry (i.e. Babylist, Zola) would be interesting
Proven ability to define and execute product strategy and roadmap for complex, omnichannel experiences (digital, mobile, and in-store).
Strong expertise in customer journey mapping and experience optimization, with a focus on engagement, conversion, and retention.
Hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making, including analytics, A/B testing, and KPI tracking for product performance.
Experience working in cross-functional environments, partnering with engineering, marketing, merchandising, store operations, and customer care.
Strong technical fluency — ability to translate business goals into clear product requirements and work closely with engineering teams on implementation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing senior leadership and aligning multiple brands under a unified vision.
Demonstrated ability to drive innovation in lean, fast-paced environments, balancing short-term improvements with long-term platform modernization.
Strong project management skills, including roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery under tight timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
