HVAC Sales Manager

Mauzy Cooling, Heating, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking an experienced and dynamic HVAC Senior Sales Manager to lead and support our department. This role is ideal for a results driven professional who's experienced both on and off the field. A strong combination of leadership with hands-on field experience to drive revenue, improve efficiency and deliver great customer satisfaction.

The candidate for this role will be responsible for managing sales performance, conducting department training sessions, and monitoring KPIs across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct weekly training sessions for technicians ensuring continuous development on and off the field.
• Coach and mentor the HVAC department on sales and technical techniques
• Maintain and monitor key performance indicators to ensure team success
• Oversee labor costs and optimize resource allocation
• Drive revenue generations and ensure targets are met for both service and installation teams
• Support both the field and office staff to resolve any escalated issues. Assist in ensuring all field personnel comply with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• 5 Years residential HVAC experience, management, sales experience preferred
• Ability to train proper technical diagnostic techniques on all equipment from basic to high efficiency inverter systems.
• Strong technical background in diagnostic skills on all residential and light commercial equipment.
• Strong organizational leadership skills to lead and grow a team of technicians.
• Strong computer skills (word, excel, adobe, etc.)
• Great attitude, high energy, great communication skills, sales driven.

Pay Transparency:  

The starting average rate for this opportunity is $90k-$120k. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). It assumes a rate based on location and experience. 

Physical Demands:

• Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time.
• May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
• May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
• Must be able to maneuver up to 75 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling.
• May be required to work in outdoor weather conditions.

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
