This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecommunications Admin – Information Technology, located in Columbia, TN. The Telecommunications Admin will be responsible for managing and maintaining telecommunications systems, providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting telecommunication issues, and ensuring efficient communication channels within the organization.
- Experience with Telecommunications Systems and Telecommunications
- Strong Communication skills and ability to provide excellent Customer Service
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting telecommunication issues
- Ability to work on-site in Columbia, TN
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant experience and certifications in telecommunications or related fields
