JOB SUMMARY:
The Desktop Specialist will support, monitor, test and troubleshoot hardware and software issues pertaining to all desktop equipment connected to the MRH Local Area Network (LAN). This person is responsible for recommending and scheduling repairs, as well as staying current with Microsoft operating system life cycles and recommending OS upgrades are required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 Years of Related Experience Required
- Associate's in Related Field Preferred
