ABOUT THE UNIT:
The Med-Surg Unit at Marshall Medical is a unit that consists of 25 beds, 5 of which are Swing beds. This Unit provides high quality care with the upmost compassion. The Unit can do this because of our safe nurse to patient ratio. Marshall Medical is a critical access hospital. Our average length of stay for an inpatient is 3-4 days. This unit thrives because of its team approach and positive attitudes. If you love being a part of a team that thrives on positive outcomes and patient satisfaction, this unit is the place for you.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Current and Valid License as a Registered Nurse in TN Required
- 2 Years of Med-Surg Nursing Experience for Float Pool Positions Required
- 1 Year of Nursing Experience for PRN Positions Required
- 1 Year of Nursing Experience for FT Positions Preferred
