SHIFT: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 8a - 5p (evenings, weekends, & holidays as needed)

SUMMARY:
Administers, directs, and coordinates activities of Patient Care with 24 hours responsibility and accountability. Recommends, develops and implements policies, procedures and care/practice guidelines. Responsible for the direction and evaluation of patient care delivery. Maintains operational aspects of the patient care unit.

The Emergency Department (ED) at Maury Regional Medical Center (MRMC) is a dynamic and fast-paced 39-bed unit providing essential urgent and emergent health care services to our community, with over 47,000 patient visits annually. Recognized for its excellence, our ED holds a Level 4 Provisional Trauma Center designation and is accredited as a Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center. These accolades highlight our commitment to delivering specialized and timely care for cardiac and cerebrovascular emergencies. Our team of skilled healthcare professionals works collaboratively in a supportive environment, equipped with state-of-the-art technology to manage a wide range of medical emergencies. Our department emphasizes continuous professional development and a culture of teamwork, ensuring high-quality care for every patient, every day.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Current and valid license as a Registered Nurse Tennessee Required
Bachelor's degree in nursing Required
2 Years of Management experience Required
