Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage conveyor-based assembly (3 lines, ~28,000 units per week)
- Labor scheduling and workflow efficiency
- Yield, waste, and throughput optimization
- Maintain compliance with USDA, FDA, and local regulations
- Oversee HACCP plans, sanitation, and audits
- Manage inspections and documentation
- Recipe costing and margin control
- Vendor management and orering
- Inventory and shrink control
- Experience in food manufacturing, commissary, or high-volume prep
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety systems
- Experience with regulatory compliance (USDA/FDA)
- Background in costing, inventory, or purchasing
- Supervisory experience
- HACCP certification
- ServSafe Manager certification
- Experience with conveyor/assembly line production
- Starting at $70,000 per year
