Front of House Manager

Maui Brewing Co. Kihei Restaurant is looking for a Front of House Manager! The ideal candidate is someone who is excited about our mission, aligned with our values, and capable of successfully performing the key responsibilities outlined below, along with additional duties as needed to support the department and overall operation. Industry experience is required; management experience is a plus but not required.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Supervise, coach and support the FOH team through staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure consistent service, quality, and operational standards.
• Lead and support daily FOH operations to ensure smooth service, guest satisfaction, and consistent execution of standards.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety/sanitation expectations, and responsible alcohol service requirements.
• Coordinate with BOH and leadership team to manage flow of service, staffing levels, and operational priorities throughout each shift.
