Our Kaʻanapali location is looking to grow our Front-of-House team with experienced Bussers/Runners who are positive, reliable, and guest-focused. This is a combined role, with each shift assigned specifically as either a Food Runner or Busser, depending on operational needs.
Position Overview
Bussers/Runners play a vital role in the guest experience by supporting service flow, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring food is delivered efficiently and accurately. Ideal candidates are friendly, organized, quick on their feet, and committed to safety and sanitation standards.
Due to the nature of this role and job duties, applicants must be 21 years of age or older.
Compensation & Pay Transparency
Hawaiʻi Minimum Wage (effective 01/01/2026): $16.00/hour
Hawaiʻi Tip Credit Applied: $14.75/hour base wage
Estimated Total Hourly Earnings (with tips): $25–$38/hour, depending on season, volume, and shifts worked
Tips are pooled and paid electronically every Tuesday.
Shift Availability
Breakfast: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Brunch: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Lunch: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Dinner: 3:45 PM – 10:00 PM
Minimum availability of three shifts per week is required.
