BDC Service Representative

BDC Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers seeking convenient, on-location automotive maintenance and repairs through our Mobile Service program. Your primary responsibility is to handle outbound communications, schedule mobile service appointments, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This role requires excellent communication, time management, and a customer-first mindset to support and grow the mobile service business. 

Requirements: 

• Meet or exceed monthly department outbound phone call goals and objectives. 

• Answering inbound mobile service calls to schedule appointments. 

• Capture all service leads through CRM. 

• Comply with all dealership and manufacturer job-related training. 

• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean record. 

• Adhere to employee handbook policies and expectations. 

• Maintain a safe work environment and professional appearance. 

• Demonstrate exceptional product knowledge. 

• Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet or exceed sales goals. 

• Always conduct business in an ethical and professional manner. 

• High level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions. 

• Ability to manage various tasks, adapt to changing situations, and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. 

• Display time management and organizational skills. 

• Maintain sufficient communication with all sold and unsold guests.  

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills. 

• Conduct proper phone etiquette with all calls.
