Responsibilities
- Establish strong customer relationships by assisting with incoming customer call inquiries, scheduling service department appointments, and answer customer questions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate appointment or follow-up.
- Record customer information in the required database.
- Utilize Factory Website and 3rd party websites to contact customers and schedule appointments for Recall or Mobile eligible appointments.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills including date entry, internet, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent time management skills and attention to detail while working under tight timelines
- Willingness to follow direction while working independently
- Available to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays
- Professional Appearance
