Matura Farrington is working with a highly regarded California law firm that is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support complex municipal, special district, and civil litigation matters from inception through trial and post-judgment proceedings.
This role is ideal for a mid-level paralegal with strong experience in case management, discovery, eDiscovery, law and motion, trial preparation, administrative records, appendices, and litigation support technology.
The ideal candidate will have experience with platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Logikcull, Reveal, or similar tools, along with exposure to TAR, CAL, analytics, AI-assisted review workflows, generative AI tools, and document automation.
Requirements: Strong civil litigation experience, excellent writing and research skills, advanced discovery knowledge, trial prep experience, and the ability to manage competing deadlines with accuracy and professionalism.
Must meet California paralegal requirements under BPC Sections 6450–6456.
Work model: Primarily remote/flexible, with occasional in-office attendance as needed.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
