Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for attorneys, law students, summer associates, and legal professionals.
- Partner with hiring attorneys and leadership to understand staffing needs and recruiting priorities.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate qualified legal candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, feedback, and offer processes.
- Support law school recruiting, including OCI, resume collections, callbacks, and offer tracking.
- Participate in summer associate and campus recruiting, including law school visits, OCI, job fairs, networking events, and related travel.
- Manage and support the Summer Associate Program, including planning events, coordinating assignments, tracking feedback, and supporting evaluations.
- Maintain accurate recruiting records, reports, and candidate pipelines.
- Support diversity recruiting initiatives and other legal talent acquisition projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of legal recruiting experience required.
- Must have experience supporting or managing a Summer Associate Program.
- Strong understanding of law firm recruiting, law school hiring cycles, OCI, callback interviews, and campus recruiting.
- Experience with attorney, law student, and summer associate recruiting.
- Willingness and ability to travel for campus recruiting, OCI, law school events, and related summer associate recruiting activities.
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Salary : $95,000 - $135,000
