An Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a Legal Recruiting and Development Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on recruiting lateral associates and contract attorneys for our West Coast offices and will play a key part in attracting top legal talent to support our continued growth.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in legal recruiting and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This individual demonstrates strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships while managing multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- 3 years of legal recruiting, law firm recruiting, or attorney staffing experience
- Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines and partnering with search firms or staffing agencies
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (such as iCIMS) and Microsoft Office
