Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in delivering high-quality outdoor construction services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of landscape/hardscape installation, and hands-on experience in various horticultural practices. This role offers an opportunity to oversee diverse projects, supervise crews, and ensure the successful completion of landscaping tasks while maintaining safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Oversee landscaping projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion
- Lead and motivate a team of landscapers, providing guidance and training as needed
- Perform or oversee construction activities such as installing pavers, retaining walls, plantings and other general landscaping
- Maintain equipment and tools related to landscape installation
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations on all job sites
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress
Requirements
- Proven experience in hardscape installation and landscaping
- Supervising or leadership
- Strong knowledge of landscape Installation techniques and best practices
- Ability to manage and complete projects while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively
- Physical ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials when necessary
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation mandatory
- Commitment to safety standards and maintaining a positive work environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
