Duties
- Assist in the preparation and setup of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as insulation install (cellulose/spray foam), demo, etc
- Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks.
- Maintain safety standards by adhering to construction workplace safety regulations and using proper protective gear
Qualifications
- Experience working on construction sites with familiarity in various trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, or restoration
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to operate power tools.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions
- Understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a secure work environment
