We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist and Mail Room Clerk to join our team. In this versatile role, you will be responsible for answering phones, preparing and filing client documents, and managing the mailroom. Additionally, you will handle direct mail marketing campaigns, ensuring all mailed items are ready for pickup by 5 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Prepare, organize, and file client documents
- Manage mailroom tasks, including sorting and distributing mail
- Complete and coordinate direct mail marketing campaigns
- Ensure outgoing mail is ready for the post office by 5 PM
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Previous experience in receptionist or mailroom duties preferred
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 1 PM to 5 PM
