Position Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Traffic and Criminal Defense Attorney to join our growing team. This position is open to both experienced attorneys and recent law school graduates with a strong interest in criminal defense.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in traffic and criminal matters in General District and Circuit Courts
• Conduct client consultations and case evaluations
• Prepare and file legal documents, motions, and correspondence
• Negotiate with prosecutors and engage in plea discussions when appropriate
• Maintain organized case files and manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
• Provide professional, responsive, and compassionate client service

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Virginia Bar license (or pending bar results)
• Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range: $90,000–$110,000, depending on experience
