Landscape Technician

Matthias Landscaping is a family owned design/build landscape firm that has been in business for over 25 years and a proven industry leader in N. E. Ideal candidates have experience as a landscape crew member, landscape laborer, general laborer, grounds crew person, landscaper, and or experienced landscaper. No landscape experience is required, we will train the wright person.

• Ability to work within a team to complete projects.
• Have a strong natural work ethic & enjoy physical labor outdoors
• Have the ability to drive and operate all equipment required to successfully complete landscape activities or possess the willingness to learn. (I.e. dump trucks, skid loader and accessories, tractors, small power equipment, and hand tools). We will train if needed.
• Display the ability to follow company Safety Program.
• A valid Iowa Drivers license required. CDL license a plus.
• Knowledge of standard landscape practices a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of plant material a plus but not required.
• Monday-Friday work week
