What are the responsibilities and job description for the Analyst position at Matthews™?
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
1-3 years of relevant professional experience preferred.
Active real estate license (or ability to obtain within first year; support available).
Strong financial and Excel-based modeling skills; familiarity with Argus, CoStar, or similar platforms a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated to learn.
