Kforce has a client that is seeking a FP&A Analyst in Tampa, FL. Overview: The FP&A Analyst supports the organization's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making processes. This role provides financial insights and analyses that drive organizational performance, improve resource allocation, and support long-term strategic objectives. In addition to core FP&A responsibilities, the position serves as a key contributor to the organization's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program by coordinating risk assessments, maintaining risk reporting, and supporting leadership's efforts to identify, evaluate, and mitigate strategic and operational risks.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and management reporting
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
- Thorough understanding of financial statements and performance metrics
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
- Experience with ERP systems and business intelligence tools such as Power BI
- Knowledge of enterprise risk management concepts and frameworks
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments
- MBA, CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional designation
- Exposure to enterprise risk management, internal controls, compliance, or governance processes
