Quality Technician
The Quality Technician is responsible for supporting quality assurance activities throughout the manufacturing process, from incoming raw materials through finished goods. This role focuses on laboratory testing, quality documentation, and inventory control to ensure products meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate will have prior lab experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
Requirements of the Quality Control Technician
- 3 years of laboratory, quality control, or production lab experience
- Hands-on experience performing pH testing, balance verification, and other quality-related lab testing
- Experience with documentation, recordkeeping, and maintaining accurate quality records
- Inventory experience, including tracking, monitoring, and handling raw materials or lab supplies
- Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality control procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies or out-of-spec materials
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Responsibilities of the Quality Control Technician
- Test and verify incoming raw materials to ensure proper identification and quality compliance
- Perform pH testing, balance checks, and other laboratory analyses as required
- Conduct odor evaluations and quality testing on finished products
- Collect and prepare samples for laboratory testing and analytical review
- Maintain accurate documentation of test results, inspections, and quality records
- Monitor and manage inventory of lab materials, samples, and supplies
- Quarantine materials that do not meet specifications and support proper documentation
- Assist with quality-related projects and collaborate with production and operations teams
- Follow all safety procedures, GMP standards, and company quality protocols

Pay is $20.00 - $25.00 hourly, based on experience
