Matthews Motors is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented team member to help us present and promote our inventory of commercial trucks and light-duty vehicles online. This position blends photography, online marketing, title administration, and coordination responsibilities — ideal for someone who is organized, creative and looking for a long-term career path in automotive marketing or internet sales.
Requirements
Online Listings & Digital Marketing
- Create and manage listings on the Matthews Motors website, CommercialTruckTrader.com, and other platforms such as Meta and Google Ads.
- Write accurate, compelling descriptions and upload all relevant specs and pricing.
- Monitor and update listings to ensure current and complete information.
- Assist with website updates as needed.
Photography & Content Creation
- Capture high-quality photos and short videos of commercial trucks and light-duty vehicles for sale.
- Assist with editing photos and videos for use on the company website, social media, and online marketplaces.
- Maintain consistent visual branding and presentation standards across all listings.
Title & Administrative Support
- Train to handle title work for truck sales, including processing paperwork and working with DMV systems (TitleTec).
- Maintain organized digital and physical records for all title transactions.
Coordination & Vendor Communication
- Coordinate scheduling and communication with logistics partners, detailers, and contractors.
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned, photographed, and ready for sale on schedule.
Career Growth
- Participate in cross-training opportunities with sales and marketing teams.
- Potential to grow into an Internet Sales Representative or Marketing Coordinator role based on performance and interest.
Qualifications
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Experience in the automotive or commercial truck industry preferred, but not required.
- Eagerness to learn title work and dealership administrative processes.
- Familiar with marketing and digital design tools such as (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Adobe Premiere, WordPress, Hubspot, SalesForce, or similar is a plus).
- Valid driver’s license required.
