About the Role
CWR Digital is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This role supports the Director of Social Media in producing engaging content across multiple platforms. From assisting with photoshoots to creating social media videos, you’ll play a key role in helping brands tell their story in fresh and compelling ways.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing preferred
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
- Graphic design skills with experience in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging social media content.
- Support on-site client photoshoots by capturing behind-the-scenes content and assisting with setup.
- Film and edit short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Research industry trends to help develop innovative content strategies.
- Organize and manage content assets, including photos, videos, and graphics.
- Assist in writing compelling captions, blog posts, and website content as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm creative campaign ideas.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong understanding of social media trends and platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Basic photo and video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere, Canva, or CapCut.
- Passion for digital marketing and content creation.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with photography and videography is a plus.
