Paid Medical, Dental and Vision insurance. Paid Holidays, and Vacation. The workweek is Tuesday through Saturday. Starting Salary is $ 45,000.00-$ 50,000.00 based on experience.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bookkeeper located in Plantation, FL. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, creating and analyzing financial statements, managing day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and preparing journal entries. Additional responsibilities include using Quickbooks Online software for data entry and reconciliation, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the organizational financial processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quickbooks Online in preparation and analysis is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in Quickbooks Online and preparing accurate Journal Entries.
- Experience with Quickbooks Online Software and familiarity with general Finance principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of Quickbooks Online is preferred.
