- Manage front desk responsibilities, greeting clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
- Service financial planning clients
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure compliance and organization.
- Utilize office management tools such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace to process transactions, prepare reports, and support bookkeeping activities.
- Support calendar management by scheduling appointments, meetings, and follow-ups for financial advisors or team members.
- Assist with clerical tasks including typing correspondence, preparing presentations, zoom meetings and organizing files for easy retrieval.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs promptly via phone or in person while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Support office operations by keeping our office in compliance and organized.
- Collaborate with team members on administrative projects to streamline processes and improve overall office productivity.
- Opening new accounts and servicing current accounts.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial record keeping.
- Strong office management skills with experience in clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and proofreading.
- Excellent computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools.
