Qualifications:
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Handle incoming calls, greeting customers.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), and various office equipment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or advanced studies.
- 3 years of professional office experience - prior furniture industry experience considered a plus!
- STORIS and/or Sales Force Experience a plus!
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
- Must be available to work weekends.
