Job Summary
We are seeking a Customer Fulfillment Coordinator to support its business-to-business Order Management team during peak season. This role is highly collaborative and focuses on order processing, validation, and internal coordination, not call-center or retail customer service.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsibilities
- Process and review customer purchase orders received via:
- EDI
- Ordering cards
- Manual PDF/email requests
- Validate order details including:
- Product accuracy
- Pricing
- Quantities
- Collaborate with Inventory and Allocation Planning teams to confirm product availability
- Communicate with internal Mattel teams via email and Microsoft Teams
- Support account teams during high-volume/peak periods
- Assist senior team members before managing accounts independently
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, speed, and attention to detail
- Use Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools daily
What This Role Is NOT
- Not a call-center position
- Not retail customer service
- Minimal phone interaction
- Primarily email and system-based work
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working onsite in a collaborative team environment
Pay: $22.75 - $24.75 per hour
