- Oversee fulfilment operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
- Ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on schedule
- Lead, train, and motivate fulfilment staff
- Monitor productivity, quality, and inventory metrics
- Work with carriers, couriers, and third-party logistics providers
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
