Matt’s Auto Detail SWFL is looking for a reliable and hard-working Auto Detail Technician to join our team.
This position will start part-time (2–3 days per week) with the opportunity for more hours as your skills and efficiency improve. We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career in the detailing industry, not someone looking for temporary work.

Responsibilities
- Exterior washing and drying
- Interior cleaning and detailing
- Wheel and tire cleaning
- Vacuuming and shampooing interiors
- Assisting with paint correction and ceramic coating prep
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Following company processes and quality standards
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Prior detailing experience is a plus but not required (we will train the right person)
