Customer Care Representative

Job description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Associate to join our nationally ranked State Farm Insurance and financial services agency. Our organization has two locations located in Alpharetta and Roswell. We offer a competitive pay (hourly or salary) with opportunities for promotion and increase pay within the organization. We love to develop our people from the ground up, therefore no experience or existing licensing necessary.

Newly hired associate(s) will benefit from proven processes, training, and great teammates. This position does not require extra hours or weekends.

Compensation:

Starting pay at $20/hr.-$25/hr. with increase in pay available after 6 months. Increased pay available for those with good experience. Bonuses for objectives being met.

Full-time or Part-Time position available.

Responsibilities Include:

•Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service to our existing clients.

•Respond to underwriting requests

•Answer agency inbound calls

•Add additional lines of insurance at customer request

•Identify gaps in coverage and offer products to properly protect customers.

•Assist in contacting customers to get signature documents returned

•Scan and attach documents

•Assist with general customer questions

•Assist in answering phones

•Offer proper coverages

•Assist agent and sales associates complete tasks as directed.

Requirements:

•Pass a state and federal background check that we conduct prior to hire.

•Must have or be willing to obtain property and casualty license (we help with this).

•Must be dependable and have dependable transportation

•Must be proficient with computer functions and have excellent communication skills

•Good work ethic and good energy

•Can adapt to change throughout tenure and is coachable.
