Role Description
This is a full-time or part-time remote role for a Customer Care Representative. This position requires a quiet, dedicated workspace and the ability to stay focused while working remotely without distractions.
The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries, identifying and assessing customers' needs, and providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools. Additional responsibilities include handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives, and following up to ensure resolution. The role also involves building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
After 4–6 weeks of training, this role offers scheduling flexibility, allowing representatives to set their own hours based on client needs and availability.
