The Opportunity

As a Used Vehicle Sales Specialist, you will help customers find the right vehicle while delivering a buying experience that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships.

You will join a high-performing sales organization with an established reputation, a strong inventory selection, and a leadership team committed to helping you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Provide an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction through vehicle delivery.
• Help customers select vehicles that match their needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Build relationships that generate repeat business, referrals, and long-term loyalty.
• Proactively engage customers through phone calls, internet leads, appointments, and dealership visits.
• Maintain consistent follow-up using our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
• Develop strong product knowledge and confidently demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Work closely with management and teammates to achieve individual and dealership goals.
