WHAT ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work to help the people of Middle Tennessee keep their vehicles on the road. The ideal person would be ambitious with strong attention to detail, confident doing repetitive work, desiring meaningful work and hardworking. 

Manage, lead and improve the service drive on the following components:

Improve approval/quote times

Increase closing ratio

Improve tablet utilization

Increase tire sales

Improve customer experience and satisfaction

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Nissan product knowledge
• Service Drive Management experience (manage service drive, advisors and express techs)
• Regulate day to day tasks for service advisors including daily training.
• Experience with high volume service drive
• Process driven for department growth and CSI. Ability to create or improve current processes. The ideal candidate understands accountability.
• Experience in staff scheduling
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills and basic computer competencies
• Positive, friendly attitude, along with an eagerness to improve
• Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
• Teammate with ability to collaborate with others effectively
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
