What You'll Do
As an Entry-Level Insurance Sales Representative, you'll learn the insurance business while building relationships with customers and helping them find coverage solutions that fit their individual needs.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Learn about Allstate insurance products and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
- Follow up on leads and generate new business through referrals, networking, and community involvement.
- Conduct needs-based conversations to understand customer goals and insurance needs.
- Educate clients on available insurance products, coverage options, and discounts.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
