Job Summary:
The Sales Representative is responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets and goals to expand GEAAs buyer and seller base from the dealership level by building and maintaining relationships, customer service, and revenue generation.
Responsibilities:
1.Sales
- Acquire and maintain new dealer business through cold calls, and door-to-door approach.
-Promote Auctions and services to dealerships
-Distribute marketing information and materials
-Work bids needing approval timely
2. Client Relationship
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring regular communication and providing assistance as needed
-Be familiar with Dealers’ inventory and sale status
- Work to resolve issues regarding vehicles promptly
- Assist in on-boarding new clients by understanding their requirements, providing solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and sustainable startup.
-Be ‘on hand’ to assist the customer and have a direct approach
-Work with the Operations, Transportation and Office manager to ensure that the needs of the clients are being met.
-Communicate issues that can be deems instrumental to the operation immediately to management
-Provide necessary reporting to and assessments to upper management
3. Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and Sales development progress
- Assist in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for senior management
Qualifications:
-At least 2 years in Sales
-At least 2 years in the Automotive Industry
-Self-Motivated and able to work with little to no oversight
-Travel 70-80%
