Matrix Medical Training Lab is a state-of-the-art medical product training and education facility located in the Houston area. Spanning 4,000 square feet and situated conveniently near the airport, our lab offers a seamless experience for medical training. We are certified by the State Anatomical Board to obtain specimens for wet labs and are equipped with in-house C-Arm equipment and tables to support fluoroscopy-based procedures. Our mission is to provide high-quality medical training services tailored to meet diverse educational needs.
Job Summary
The Lab Coordinator will assess and conceptualize clients’ needs and desires for a variety of events and make all arrangements necessary to execute the client’s desired vision and goal.
Duties/ Responsibilities
· Consults with clients to assess and understand their needs for the event; areas of discussion and consultation include staffing, meeting rooms, medical instruments, display areas, and/ or other specialized requirements.
· Consults with clients and coordinates with staff to plan and develop event schedule.
· Ensures that events meet legal, safety, and health requirements and regulations.
· Coordinates registration process for event participants.
· Coordinates all administrative duties and details associated with the event including operations, distribution of materials, and responding to inquiries.
· Develops and maintains current lists of available dates and services, and pricing options.
· Maintains current knowledge of event planning standards and trends by attending seminars, consulting with other professionals, and observing similar events.
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

* This job will include a lot of weekend hours, and the schedule will be adjusted based on needs of the job, can also include late evenings and 10 hour or longer shifts. *
