Responsibilities
- Utilize case management software to input case data, invoice, and ship precisely
- Correspond with physicians/dental office staff via phone and email regarding case and account status updates, assist with conflict resolution as needed
- Ensuring compliance with OSHA and HIPAA regulations while handling case materials and all related communication
- Data entry, invoicing, packaging and customer service
Qualifications
- Dental lab or dental office experience 2 years preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with team ethics
- Ability to handle dental impressions, models, and other case materials
- Comprehensive skills to receive and process digital scans
- Team player with great problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite knowledge, experience with CRM or EMR software a plus
- Service mentality with the ability to build relationships over the phone quickly
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to utilize case management software while processing a high-volume of physical/digital cases accurately and efficiently.
- Willingness to help out with all administrative functions
- High School Diploma
