Matrix Home Care is actively seeking experienced English-speaking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Registered Nurses (RNs) for overnight private duty home care shifts in the Miami Gardens area.
Location:
• Miami Gardens, FL 33054
Schedule:
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Daily shifts available
Patient Needs:
• Trach care experience required
• Feeding tube experience preferred
• One-on-one patient care in the home setting
Responsibilities:
• Provide skilled nursing care and monitoring throughout the shift
• Trach care and respiratory monitoring
• Feeding tube management and support
• Medication administration as ordered
• Observe and report changes in patient condition
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Active Florida LPN or RN license
• Trach care experience required
• Home care or private duty experience preferred
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• Reliable transportation
