We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dedicated Nurse that has experience with 1:1 Care in the home. This is a Home Health position that offers flexible shift work and the opportunity to make a positive difference in their life.
Requirements
Provide high-quality, 1:1 personalized care in a home health setting.
Collaborate closely with the family to ensure comfort, safety, and well-being of the patient.
Monitor vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and document care as required.
Address any concerns regarding medical equipment or patient condition promptly and accurately.
Maintain a respectful and professional environment while building rapport with both the patient and their family.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and the development of a detailed care plan in coordination with other healthcare
Qualification:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current Florida licensure. .
Experience with EVV ( We use Kantime)
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific care protocols.
Ability to work independently and manage care needs in a home setting.
Professional demeanor, honesty, and excellent communication skills.
Timely and reliable with the ability to maintain a consistent schedule.
Ability to lift and assist with physical care tasks as needed (including positioning, transferring, etc.).
Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
