Position Details:
- Schedule: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- Location: Winter Haven, FL
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care in alignment with the client’s medical and daily needs.
- Manage and monitor specialized care, including quadriplegic support, TBI care, and catheter maintenance.
- Assist with bowel routines and ensure client comfort and dignity.
- Communicate effectively with the client, family members, and care team.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Must hold a valid Florida nursing license (RN or LPN).
- Experience in caring for clients with quadriplegia and traumatic brain injuries (TBI).
- Proficiency in performing condom catheter care and managing bowel routines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional care.
