Matrix Home Care is currently hiring experienced and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants and Home Health Aides for a patient in Palatka, Florida, who requires 24-hour care, seven days a week.
Multiple caregivers are needed to provide continuous coverage. Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts are available. Both full-time and part-time schedules may be offered based on availability and the needs of the case.
Responsibilities
- Assist the patient with activities of daily living
- Provide bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance
- Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning
- Prepare meals and provide feeding assistance as needed
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping related to the patient’s care
- Offer companionship, supervision, and safety monitoring
- Follow the established plan of care
- Document services provided during each shift
- Report changes in the patient’s condition to the appropriate supervisor
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
- Provide respectful and compassionate care at all times
