Location: Palm Beach County
Schedule : Flexible - Per Diem
Pay: Competitive and based on experience
Skills and Experience Needed:
- IV Therapy and Medication Administration
- IVIG Infusion Experience
- Wound Care and Wound Vac Management
- Tracheostomy Care
- Ventilator Support (Adult and Pediatric) Clients
- G-Tube /Feeding Tube Support ( a plus)
- Strong Clinical Judgment and ability to work independently
Requirements
Requirements:
- Active Florida RN License
- Minimum 1 Year of Home Health Acute Care experience
- Strong Documentation and Communication skills
- Reliable transportation
