Treasury Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing real estate development firm as a Treasury Analyst! Previous treasury analyst or treasury specialist experience is 100% required for consideration.

***This position requires a candidate to live locally and work four days per week in-office (one day per week WFH***

Essential Functions:

• Oversee cash management functions including daily cash position, account funding, issuing commercial paper, working capital metrics and letters of credit.
• Maintain bank relationships, including banking systems, fee structure, status of accounts and other banking issues, seek to minimize fees.
• Partner with organization to forecast cash, make funding recommendations, explain variances and ensure adequate liquidity.
• Coordinate with team members to execute monthly cash call process: Deposit checks, transfer funds, and prepare journal entries to record all activity.
• Debt and Interest reconciliation, forecast, and budget. Prepare debt covenant compliance schedules, credit analytics and ratio targets.
• Generate ad hoc reporting utilizing various financial software.
• Prepare monthly treasury reporting review for Sr. Management.
• Ensure adequate controls are in place, documented, monitored and tested to ensure compliance with treasury policies. Update policies as required.
• Other projects as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

• B.S. degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics; CTP (or progress toward it preferred)
• 2-4 years’ experience. Work experience in a multidivisional treasury, finance, or cash/asset management role preferred.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
