Job Type
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- Full time 40 hours/week
- Shifts will be during the day, normally 7:30am-5:00pm
- Flexibility to shifts needed is a must.
- Pay scale is $25-32 DOE
- Company paid health insurance, with HSA

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Employee/HR
- Onboarding
- Payroll, Garnishments, all payroll reporting, using QuickBooks Online and time tracking software
- Certified Payroll Reports - weekly
- File Unemployment claims
- File Workers comp claims and keep OSHA Log
- Coordinate employee reviews
- Benefit account management:
- 401k
- Dental and Vision accounts
- Medical Insurance accounts
- Bookkeeping
- AR/AP Account management.
- Bank and credit card reconciliation
- Preparing bank deposits
- Other office duties:
- Respond to mail, phone calls, or emails requesting support.
- Provide overall general administrative support
- Ensures proper filing and confidentiality of all documents in accordance with legal requirements and Company policies and procedures.
- Directly assist Management with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Assists with answering department related inquiries regarding policies, procedures and benefits programs.
- Update employee handbook annually.
- Other duties as assigned
