Entry-Level AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will design, build, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions to solve real-world business challenges. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to develop intelligent systems that improve automation, analytics, and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
• Build scalable ML pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and inference.
• Work with structured and unstructured datasets to develop predictive and analytical solutions.
• Optimize model performance, accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
• Implement AI/ML algorithms using Python and modern ML frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into production environments.
• Monitor deployed models and retrain them as necessary.
• Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and best practices.
• Document technical processes, workflows, and model architectures.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or related field.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with machine learning libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or Keras.
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
• Familiarity with SQL, APIs, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.
• Experience with data visualization and analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI applications.
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with big data technologies such as Spark or Hadoop.
• Experience working with LLMs and AI model deployment.
