CoCREATE Solutions is seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to support a mature, innovation-driven team focused on NLP, computer vision, and cutting-edge model development using Azure and Databricks.

Your Impact
- Build, enhance, and maintain ML models in Azure Databricks and Azure ML.
- Develop and deploy NLP chatbots, computer vision models, and predictive AI solutions.
- Create end-to-end ML pipelines—from data ingestion to production monitoring.
- Implement models using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Partner with innovation teams to refine requirements and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, CV) to support POCs.
- Ensure model reliability, governance, and performance in production environments.
What We’re Seeking
- Deep proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Strong experience with Azure, Azure Databricks, Azure ML, and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to write custom algorithms and develop scalable ML solutions.
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, and both supervised/unsupervised learning.
- Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and statistical modeling.
- Nice to have: LLMs, Hugging Face, LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector databases, Spark, or SQL/NoSQL.
