Matriarch Home Care Concierge provides elevated, personalized in-home care for clients who expect more than standard home care. Our Elite Care Specialists deliver dignified, relationship-driven, concierge-level service and set the standard for excellence in every client home.
We are seeking exceptional caregivers for PRN 12-hour shifts in Wilson County with flexible scheduling and premium expectations.
Location
Primary Service Area: Wilson County, TN
(Including Mount Juliet, Lebanon, and surrounding communities)
Candidates must be comfortable working within Wilson County and nearby areas as needed.
Shift & Schedule

Role: Elite Care Specialist (PRN)
Provide high-quality, client-focused in-home care while building meaningful relationships and supporting clients with dignity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, concierge-level in-home care
- Assist with ADLs, mobility, and client safety
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition
- Maintain accurate, real-time documentation
- Ensure a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment
- Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members
- Uphold Matriarch's standards of excellence, confidentiality, and courtesy
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving, CNA, home care, or related experience (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and reliability
- Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently in client homes
- Reliable transportation
- Weekend availability preferred
